COVID-19 UPDATE
Orders may experience shipping delays due to the large volume of packages flooding the postal service, as well as cuts to the postal force and new safety measures to help stop the spread of COVID-19. Please exercise patience while waiting for your order --- she may be late, but she'll get there eventually!
For International purchases: Canada Post has temporarily stopped shipping to some countries due to COVID-19. The list can be found here. If you reside in one of the suspended countries and you've ordered from this shop, I will have to hold onto your order and ship it out once the suspension has lifted.

PACKAGE + PRODUCT DETAILS
Orders with just stickers are sent in a kraft envelope with a stamp, through the mail as a letter. No tracking available, but the postage is very affordable! Orders are wrapped with tissue paper and put inside mailing envelopes, and prints, zines, and charms will be packaged in a clear plastic slip to prevent water damage. My rigid mailers and bubble mailers are made up of over 70% recycled materials.
Please remember to recycle all that you can after opening your package! I'm hoping to one day transition into a mostly or entirely zero-waste business ♡
Prints and stickers are hand-cut, and may be subject to the tiniest of imperfections. Such is the way of life when making hand-crafted goods! (All products are quality-checked and approved after assembly, and again before sealing orders, though!)
SHIPPING INFO
I make my shipping as affordable as I can. I do not currently offer package tracking. Canada Post doesn't like making things easy, but I'm working on making it available in future shop updates! If you really want tracking, email me with an order summary and your address at [email protected] BEFORE you place your order, and I'll do my best to find a custom affordable option for you.
I'm a one-woman show here, so orders are typically shipped out around 1-week from the order date, and are usually mailed out on Saturdays. This store ships out items from Ontario, Canada. I cannot be held liable for any international taxes and fees that you may be charged during the shipping process, if there are any.
All items are shipped with Canada Post and will be handed off to your national post service if the package is shipped out to another country. Orders within Canada typically take 1 week, US orders can take 1-2 weeks, and International orders can take upwards of 4-12 weeks, depending on customs delays or mail traffic in the receiving country.
REFUNDS, ETC
I do not issue refunds, as all sales are final. If there are any issues with your order (location concerns, the wrong item was sent, or an item is missing), please feel free to email me through the contact form with your order number or directly through my email, [email protected]! Again, all orders are double and triple-checked to ensure there aren't any errors, but nobody's perfect.
